Return & Exchange Policy - Do The Dots

At Do The Dots, we strive to provide high-quality customized products tailored to your needs. Since our products are made to order, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we do allow order modifications and cancellations within 2 days before dispatch.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • You may request changes or cancel your order within 2 days before it is dispatched.

  • After this period, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted, as the customization process begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind, as all orders are customized. However, returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at dothedots88@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized and personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items returned due to personal preference

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item and need an exchange, we will process a replacement once we verify the issue. You do not need to place a separate order.
