At Do The Dots, we strive to provide high-quality customized products tailored to your needs. Since our products are made to order, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we do allow order modifications and cancellations within 2 days before dispatch.

After this period, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted, as the customization process begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind, as all orders are customized. However, returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at dothedots88@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
